    How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

    • Here's an overview of our processing times:

      • Custom Wigs: Please allow up to 10 to 15 business days for your custom wig to be meticulously crafted to perfection.
      • Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered items typically have a processing time of up to 10 business days before they are ready to be shipped.
      • Bundles and Lace: Orders for bundles and lace products have a processing time of up to 6 business days to prepare before shipping.
      • Services: If you've selected one of our expert services, such as our Replace the Lace Service, please allow 5 business days for processing after we receive the hair.

      Please note that these processing times do not include shipping time. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

    What if I'm not satisfied with my custom wig?

    • Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you're not completely happy with your custom wig, please reach out to us via email at info@shopwiglife.com. We'll work with you to ensure you love your new look.

    Are wigs refundable?

    • All wigs are refundable up to 30 days after being received, as long as the lace is uncut and the unit is in the same condition you received it as. The unit must be sent back to us and the refund will be issued upon receipt. If the lace has been cut and/or the unit has been worn multiple times, it is not eligible for a refund. Please contact us if there are any problems.

    How many bundles are included in your wigs?

    • Wigs measuring 16 inches or less are crafted with 2 bundles, while those ranging from 18 to 26 inches include 3 bundles. For longer wigs spanning 28 to 30 inches, you'll find 4 bundles included. Each bundle is layered in length for a natural look.

      If you wish to add an extra bundle to your order, you can easily do so by purchasing it [here]. Alternatively, if you prefer all your bundles to be the same length, just drop us an email at info@shopwiglife.com and we'll make it happen!

    What materials are used in your custom wigs?

    • We use high-quality virgin hair to create our custom wigs. Each wig is crafted on a mesh dome cap with care and precision for durability and style.

    Do I have to use glue when applying your wigs?

    • Our wigs are designed to be glue-less, eliminating the need for adhesive during installation. Each wig is crafted to fit snugly and comfortably on your head, ensuring a perfect fit when you order the correct wig cap size.

    Do you make custom wigs?/ Can I get a wig I've seen on your page remade?

    • Yes, we love custom orders! You can also have any of the wigs we've posted remade to suit your preferences. Simply place your custom order [here].
