What payment methods are accepted?

Are there any promotions or discounts available?
Each month we offer a different wig at a discounted rate. The Wig of the Month can be foundhere.
You can also receive $20 off your first order by signing up for our email list. Different promotional codes and sale updates will be sent to those subscribed to our email list.
Processing & Shipping Times:
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
You can find the processing time of each wig or service in the product description of the wig or service. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days and express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Purchasing express shipping will not decrease the processing time.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel or modify the order. Pleaseemail wiglifecollection@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

Are wigs refundable?
All wigs are refundable as long as the lace is uncut and the unit is in the same condition you receivedit as. The unit must be sent back to us and the refund will be issued once we receive it. If the lace has been cut and/or the unit has been worn multiple times, you will not be eligible for a refund.Please contact us if there are any problems.

How many bundles are included in your wigs?
Wigs that are 16" or less include 2 bundles. Wigs that are between 18"-26" include 3 bundles. Wigs thats are 28"-30" include 4 bundles. All bundles are layered in length. You can add a bundle by purchasing an extra bundle here. If you'd like for all of your bundles to be the same length, send us an email at wiglifecollection@gmail.com.
Do I have to use glue when applying your wigs?
If you choose to purchase a closure wig, you will not need any adhesive. If you choose to purchase a frontal wig, you will need glue or adhesive to apply the wig unless you add an elastic band to make the unit glue-less.
Do you make custom wigs?/ Can I get a wig remade?
Yes, we do take custom orders! You can also get any wig that we have posted remade to your liking. Our Custom Wig Service is open the first seven days of each month.

What would you recommend for my first wig?
We would recommend a closure wig. Frontal wigs are more high maintenance and can be overwhelming if you’re not familiar with them.
How will my wig stay secure?
Selecting the right cap size allows me to ensure your wig has a snug fit. All custom orders will also come with an adjustable elastic band to make your unit more secure.
